Unfortunately Season 2 of Highschool of the Dead was not released on September 5, 2011, as many rumors stated it would be. The exact date of Season 2’s release is still unknown, but at least we know there will in fact be a Season 2. This was answered at Anime EXPO 2011 at the H.O.T.D panel Q/A’s. honestly there are probably so many different variables going on right now that the creators cant afford to give any exact information. i know the entertainment industry and there’s a 1,000 people doing a 1,000 different things. don’t worry they want to advertise their show as soon as they can… they will. were just gonna have to watch season 1 again until thy decide its time to tell everyone.
There is little to no chance season 2 will be out this fall. Unless the Sato brothers are working on this in top secret. There is nothing online to suggest there is any work being done on future manga or for that matter a season 2 anime, which normally comes after the manga.
The only evidence I’ve seen that Shoji Sato is even thinking about High School of the Dead is the image he had on his personal web site early this year. He still has it buried on his web page but is no longer dip laying it. http://www.ghost-d.com/ssss/image/201201top1.jpg
The 2012 in the image was promising but maybe someone who can read japanese writing can tell us what its actually saying.
Saeko is the best choice end of discussion, if u didnt end the vote Saeko wouldve won. Yeah sure Rei cant live without him, but Takashi cant live with Saeko, and Saeko sure as hell will not let him die. Or she’ll murder every zombie walking, u think shes crazy now ? imagine when shes mad when her love just died in her arms. Rei is stupid for having a strap gun, like comon, sure zombies are slow n stupid, but apparently they always grab her gun.
Anyway… FUCKK!! I WANT A SEASON 2 NOW!! i love HOTD for fucking real. When i first saw it on Netflix i was like, “hmm, this looks interesting” then i read the info about it, it said a Zombie infection outbreak in a school. in that instant I HAD to fucking watch it, Zombies are my number one thing to watch, i didnt even care that it was anime. so i played episode 1, the beginning was awesome cuz its soft and slow, the music too, then the action starts, i was like “oh shit!!! zombies! a hot girl!! FUCK!!” , then the best of all.. THE THEME SONG!! >:D THE BEST PART! omfg thats when i fell for HOTD so much, i love HOTD and i hope they finish season 2 for summer, so i will have something to look forward >:D Season 2, ill be waiting for u , Season 3 of R+V [ even if its an HOTD page] i really hope u start too, alot of shit happening during summer and i hope HOTD is one of them. Ill return back to HOTD, but… just that i watched it so many times i dont have that awesome feeling anymore.. oh well. still the far most awesome anime ever, ZOMBIES? WEAPONS? KILLING? HOT ASS WOMEN?! COUNT ME IN!! HOTD 4 LIFE!
fallen u are a 100% right in every way and our stories are the same too! lol. HOTD is literally the anime version of The Walking Dead on amc. its freaking great….and yes the theme song is kick ass lol. i just wish they would show the characters making out for once!!! like come on stop hiding them ! rei and takashi all the way….its funny it only took a goddamn zombie apocalypse to get them together though.
dude chill even super angry dude chill i vote rei becuase it is just so easy to see that rei is going for takashi plus not dat i dont like her but saeko isnt really for him takash likes rei and rei likes him so i think we shuold all put this be hind us anyway we have even score with my vote so i guess ill just end it know and we will find out
