Unfortunately Season 2 of Highschool of the Dead was not released on September 5, 2011, as many rumors stated it would be. The exact date of Season 2’s release is still unknown, but at least we know there will in fact be a Season 2. This was answered at Anime EXPO 2011 at the H.O.T.D panel Q/A’s. As a incredibly huge fan of HOTD, i will wait, but you cant end a great anime, comon, what other anime is there that involves killing actually living dead zombies, with the characters created as a Hentai not to mention the characters are fucking mad hot, guns, story is amazing , just… SHIT! comon! there IS no other fucking anime, screw the game,and maybe screw Triage X [ although i will try it out to see ] , ill wait, until im dead, for this HOTD season 2 and more manga , holy crap cant wait , i hope they are working on it right now, that their keeping it a secret and not telling the fans cause they SHOULD fucking know that the anime is that awesome.
I watched the first seasxon and loved it , its defenetely the best anime and the developers should hurry the fuck up couse I am now addicted to HOTD. The intro, the action, everything…. and IM BEGGING THE CREATORS PLEASE RELEASE THE FREEKING SEASON 2 WE ARE DYING TO SEE IT :(. I hope the Takashi Komuro and Rei Miyamoto end up toghether ;).
Dude, i had the chills in the beginning when Takashi was talking about he was up late, the music gave me major chills, then the zombies started popping up, then the characters, and thats wen i fell in love already, cause 1st of all it had zombies, aint nun cooler and more awesome than killing zombies, HOTD is the best and fucking awesome, its the best and unique cause its the ONLY zombie Anime :DD holy fuck balls dude yeah they need to fucking HURRY!! and well im more of a Saeko x Takashi, Rei is just a bitch abt everything… like seriously.. but if u for that group im not judging at all, everyone has their own opinions about everything and who should be together. ^.^ man ill jizz a pool wen i hear the release of HOTD season 2 is on. im dead serious… π

I finally ordered HOTD on iTunes and watched it a total of 9 times and I’m still amazed at it as I was when I first started watching it!!!! Hey when season 2 actually comes out is there a specific channel that it’ll be air on?
All we can do is watch season one til season two come out.
I doubt the season 2 will come out this year. I highly doubt it. It’s halfway through the year, and there has been zero announcements from Madhouse (the producers of the anime) about anything related to HOTD. Plus, there has been no news from the manga creators since April 2011.
man i wish they will have a season 2 its such a good anime to be put in a waste .. also the so called episode 13 said there will be a continuation .. as a fan of h.o.t.d i guess will just wait for it ..
A while back my mate went to an anime convention and saw a poster saying it was coming out in the summer, the summer has come but hasn’t finished yet so maybe next month or so.
I won’t masturbate until season 2 comes out
