After a long 2 year hiatus, Highschool of the Dead will be returning this Spring, 2013. Fans of the series never gave up hope, and it looks like that hope will finally pay off this year! The return is revealed by these photos of the new publications for the manga’s fifth and sixth volumes which will be in full color. The wrap around band on the manga publications states that it will be returning soon. Another photo shows a full page advertisement saying that the manga is returning Spring 2013. Although currently no return date has been specified, we will keep you informed as new information on the series is revealed. Stay tuned, with the return of the manga, Highschool of the Dead Season 2 of the anime series looks like it may finally return in 2013 as well!

Those of you are wandering when and what will the new season will show? Let me clear that out that due to certain circumstances the producers could not have completed the season and may not want to air it in this year too. Because, they love to make their fan wait for so long. I mean, man is that some kind of jokes. Any active anime would have been release two times already and where is the manga. SO, all the HOTD fans who likes the anime because of its crazyness and for the love of echi–Calm your head and hone to the core with knowing that there is alittle hope for the season to continue.
Therefore, dont speculate more and putting more hope into this show. There are lots of popular anime shows out there.So suit your interest with any one of them. This anime is making my head to ache with pain and depression. Did not expect this show to be like High school DxD or any better. HOwever, sai-o-nara, this could have been the end of the show.
Although it is very hard to believe that it had to end it this way. I hope more shows like this will come back in near future.###@@69696969%%%## SPOILER ALERT!!–:>
[This show was somewhat weird. Because, the story was not particularly very interesting. Only thing that interest me the determination of the students, the humor scene and Echi. The characters were not so charismatic but gives lots of fan service though. Their past was not mention in the anime, so something fishy there.]
