After a long 2 year hiatus, Highschool of the Dead will be returning this Spring, 2013. Fans of the series never gave up hope, and it looks like that hope will finally pay off this year! The return is revealed by these photos of the new publications for the manga’s fifth and sixth volumes which will be in full color. The wrap around band on the manga publications states that it will be returning soon. Another photo shows a full page advertisement saying that the manga is returning Spring 2013. Although currently no return date has been specified, we will keep you informed as new information on the series is revealed. Stay tuned, with the return of the manga, Highschool of the Dead Season 2 of the anime series looks like it may finally return in 2013 as well!

Hey everybody, I just want to say that we all love HOTD, we all are excited by second season, we all love anime especially HOTD, Many fans are upset because the second season has not
come out yet, but we still waiting for the second season, don’t give up! we can wait until is done because we all expect him to be even better than the first season, and it’s better than nothing.

HOTD is the best anime ever, I love so much the first season and I’m still waiting for the second season.

Yeah, it’s 2014 now, and still nothing. It was “defiantly” announced for the 2013 spring, but nope. Then I heard something about it was coming out on January the 4th on a forum, which is today, and still nothing. Man, this just feels like the gta V release date all over again…
well? it’s 2014 and still nothing. Are you guys sure this is real info and not just hopefull thinking? just asking.
